Wow!

Just completed my first workout, and Im sweating more than if I would have just run a mile. The exercises werent too hard, so thats great too!

7 Minutes

Really good workout, not to fast or too slow, more for beginners but reaches the whole body in only seven minutes!! Try it and youll love it!!

C Black

Awesome that it tracks your reps. Very motivating to use with TickrX. Highly recommend both.

Simple and effective

I like this app a lot. Instructional material is also very good

7 Mins the truth

This app definitely makes the 7mins count, especially when I have a busy life. Its like I have a mini fit coach in my speakers. It also shows you the workout if you dont know the name or what it looks like. Awesome and glad its free!

Great app

This app is exactly what I want for the stage I am at. Really really simple but effective. After 7 minutes Im sweating which is what I want.

Great!!!

Great app so far. With four little ones running around, 7 minutes is about all the free time I have!!! It sounds easy but it gets your heart pumping!!!!

Great functionality for a free app

Really like that you can use it over whatever music or other audio you have playing. Would be nice to get a Audubon indication of 5 sec left and better tracking of workouts. Also on alternating side planks, not enough time to switch sides. 2nd side gets short changed by a few seconds

Great workout at the hotel when the equipment is full!

Easy to do anywhere. Love the new Glamour 7 minutes too!

Excellent way to start the morning!

Im wide awake. Bring on the day.

Great little workout

Im not a workout guru, but I like to work out a little at home when I cant make it to a gym class. I feel like this helps me keep up my fitness in between. It was also great when I was first starting out (Im still a beginner with strength workouts) and very doable because its so short. When I was trying to get fitter I would do it twice in a row. The glamour workout is a fun addition.

Great!

Its perfect for when I dont have time to get my workout in. Gets my heartbeat up and isnt too easy!

Covers all major muscle groups seven minutes wow

Surprising!

Surprising what just 7 minutes can do. I used to work out everyday but had been traveling for work and had got out of the habit. This quick routine allowed me to get back in the swing with at least some kind of workout wherever I was, and in a short space of time.

Did its job.

I worked up a sweat (slightly) and some heavy breathing. It got the job done for a hotel room workout.

Moving on to a different app

After using this for a long time, Im done. The first annoyance was the Ticker X notification that pops up every time the app is opened. The next is the fact that you cant change the volume of the voice, which blasts out over any other audio source. The app also mutes its audio if you change the source of music youre listening to, e.g. from Spotify to streaming radio, which means that you need to restart your workout if you switch audio sources part way through. Which is another annoyance: not being able to skip sections of the workout if you need to restart the app or workout for some reason. Finally, I was midway through the new Glamour workout today, figuring Id try it, when I realized that some of the exercises were new and I didnt know what they were, so I paused the workout, only to find that I couldnt find the examples, nor go back to the Glamour workout once I left it. Overall, basic usability concerns that seem like they could be easily fixed overshadow the benefits of what should be a simple, straightforward, effective app.

Easy to use

Pretty easy to use. Videos to demonstrate exercises if needed.

Love it!

This is a great app! My husband and I are enjoying it.

Quick Workout for a Busy Mom

Love how easy and straight forward the app is to use. Gives a really good workout in such a short time. As a mom to 4, I rarely have time to fit in a workout but this is totally a win for me. My youngest joins along with me!

Unusable

Latest update crashes after completion of every set. Developers are getting greedier, adding more "sponsored" elements to each update and making it more and more unstable.
