This is an excellent workout, takes only 7 minutes, requires no equipment and combines cardio , resistance work and abdominals too . It can be done in a very small space . Great if you are travelling .
Ok for 7 minutes, one should not be out of breath so fast!! Great combination with no weights.

I bought the Wahoo Tickr X heart rate monitor recently, and I was really excited about the rep counter functionality with this app. My only issue is that the rep counter only works with the preset workouts. I have my own workout I do on a bosu ball and I would really like to track my progress with the rep counter. I unlocked the ability to customize my own workouts thinking I could use the rep counter but it doesnt work with custom workouts. It would be AWESOME if the app allowed custom workouts by selecting preset moves/exercises so the rep counter would work. I was really hoping that I could do that but Im stuck with the 4 workouts that are available in the app to use this feature :(
Easy to follow. 7 minutes flies by! The audio is clear to follow and the built in timer feature is helpful!

7 Minute Workout is great to do when you want to have a quick workout to start your day. It goes by fast and gets your heart pumping.
One of the most elegant and functional 7 minute workout app. Audio and visual queues really work. Another plus is alternative workouts. Only downside is how long it takes for wahoo tickr x to connect. Fix that and it will be perfect.
This app is fantastic! Super simple and easy to use for a beginner like me, you can pause at any time and watch videos and read explanations of the different moves if youre unsure. Its making me realize how out of shape I am, since I have yet to complete everything properly, but I look forward to continued usage and it getting easier and easier. :)

I love this app. Its simple and easy; I can make up my own workouts, and the voice will tell me when to switch or rest. I struggle to find time in the day to go work out - I dont have an hour to go drive to a gym, change, workout, shower, change and drive home. I also dont like working out outside on super gross hot summer days. I can do these exercises in my nice air conditioned house. :)
Just did my first workout and found it to be perfect. Just starting work on my nutrition and healthier living, and this is a great start!
