Good For Those That Want their everyday mini Workout
I have used this since Dec 2013. Its helped me get into shape and maintain my weight loss. Simple, easy and adaptable. I do it everywhere and only need a floor and wall - no fancy machines... Its worth getting the version that tracks your workouts and allows you to change the duration, etc. Im now 60 and get comments like "wow, look at those Michelle Obama arms"! Ive recommended this to many folks - but it doesnt happen without the discipline to DO IT!!

I thought I had mastered the regular 7 minute workout when today it suggested I try the Glamour 7 minute and it kicked my butt!!!! Great way to start or get back into the groove of working out.
If you are absolutely strapped for time, this is perfect. Its well rounded and gets your heart pumping. I like to do two of them back to back. 14 minutes in a pinch. I love it!

After a couple workouts, these exercises have me huffing and sweating! Going to double up for a 14 minute work out. Hope they change up exercises every now and then!

It is very good! But it could show the pictures during the workout so one can remember
