This makes for a great workout but Im disappointed it only works with the TICKR X and not the TICKR Run. It would be valuable to track my heart rate while I do it.
Wanting to improve my fitness as I play soccer and walk a lot, but this hits muscles I dont normally use! Simple, but tough. Take it on and enjoy the change!!

This is a fabulous quick workout that can be done every when you just dont have time for those longer workouts. I was looking for a workout for traveling, but I have found this workout to be excellent for those days when I get home from work late. I substituted the chair dips for anouther work out as I have a dodgy shoulder. That would be my only recommendation is that you give substitute workouts for people with injuries etc. Now get to it.... It only takes 7 minutes!
Ive been out of there workout game for a while but this app gave me a great run for my money I can see using this a few times a day even with my injuries from my car accident. Great for beginners and people like myself who want to work out but need low impact.

Love the app! Dont have to leave the house or change into workout gear to feel good.
The different coloured time screens allow me to identify exercises and track easily. I also like the videos, which help to more precisely identify how to do different exercises.
Cant see any photos. Seems the only thing I can do with the free version is be directed to buy upgrades....!!!!!

This app - even if you have to pay $5 - is better than singing up for an expensive gym membership. Even if you only use it once its worth it. I love the tracking tools and the introductory videos for each exercise. Its easy to use and well thought out!
