Nice app for TICKR owners

Nice app - must have if you own a Wahoo TICKR. Would be better if the workout history included all workout stats (reps and HR for each excercise).

Very simple. Keeps me motivated on days when I dont have much time to workout or when Im out of shape and want to build up my strength/stamina slowly. Tip: If you start getting bored with the same routine, you can sub in other standard exercises (berpees, leg lifts, etc.).

Reluctantly Fit

This is the perfect workout for people (like me) that make up every excuse not to workout. The exercises are short and fast so you arent miserable, but get your heart rate up so you feel energized. This is the perfect workout to do anywhere and helps keep you on track when work and social things get in the way!
