This is my first time and it was a workout for me . Cant wait til Im stronger and can do it better . Good for people without a lot of time .
Its hard to find an hour a day to hit the gym, but theres no excuse for 7 minutes. Great high intensity work out with a clear path of what to exercise next and videos to show what the work out is.
Up to 15? 16 different work outs and can repeat immediately. I like it because before I do anything I get a quick metabolism kick start work out in for whatever the day brings
Just tried the 7 minute workout for the first time and loved it! Reminds me of my old training days! So easy to do in your own home! Im a mom of twin babies and needed a good workout without having to go to a gym, get a sitter, etc. Along with a good diet and running (with the twins in the jogger) 5-6 days a week I think this 7 minute workout will be a great addition!
A very intense 7 minutes, but its all about efficiency and being effective! Saw a review about there only being 1 workout, not true, just swipe left or right to switch it up.
Super convenient but Im really impressed how effective it is. I do two rounds every time about 4 times per week and it really gives me what I need to add to more occasional traditional workouts. I suggest paying extra for the ability to customize.

Something that works all parts and in an amount of time that it can be done everyday. Only one request. Is it possible to add substitute excercises for impact areas, such as knees. Can not take any stress there and dont know what to substitute that is as effective or at least close. Thanks for something that is doable.

Im 50 yrs old with past knee surgery, umbilical hernia plus 4 open abdominal surgeries in 3 years. This little workout started me back to a road of core finished and helped me regain my strength. Ive lost 22 lbs and dropped 3 sizes. Just keep in mind you can do any exercise for 30 seconds and 7 minutes. Im now up to 2 full rounds at 45 seconds each and getting ready in increase again. Best thing I ever downloaded!
This is great to get the blood flowing and when there is no time for anything else which is most days. Very good workout
This is a great all over workout that leaves you feeling energetic.
Good workout. Id recommend going more times then once if you want to get the full effect. Could do without all the in app payments though.
It would be nice to able to launch it on Apple TV, be able follow along with the Apple Watch, while tracking heart rate (like Zova), but instead they try to sell you their own heart rate tracker at every turn. All 3 apps, watch/tv/phone need help.
It works well for me, but recently theres been a little bug where it would randomly pull up the exercise tutorial, and I wouldnt know. When I would figure it out, I would close the video, and the time would be going twice as fast. Then, when the quickened workout would finally finish, the woman wouldnt stop saying "workout complete" until I closed the app entirely. Otherwise, the app works for me!
