Great free app

I had a different 7 min workout app before. Switched phones and lost it and then had to pay $3 for it. I found this free version and its as good as the paid one. Very simple hard workout. Im trying to lose weight so after my morning power walk I come home to the app and I feel like it nicely rounds up my exercise routine. Would be nicer if it had graphs to show the different workouts. I remember the names so Im fine but someone new to it will have to figure out what a "push up with rotation" is. Thank you !
