Pretty Good!
Im a younger person, and I think its great! Its not super difficult, but it also not the easiest thing. Its a good start for beginners. Its doable with a little bit of a challenge. (Which I love) Another thing that I like, is that its very short but works a lot of muscles all over the body. I think its a perfect workout to do specifically in the morning because its very short. I totally recommend it to people who dont have a lot of time, or just anyone!
